Patch mode for emacs

I've created new major mode for emacs, which makes editing unified diff's much easier. (Uniffied diffs are produced by diff -u, patch understands them). It allows you things like editing unified diff without recomputing numbers manually, you may go forward/backward hunk/file, you may hide whole files to be able to navigate / edit larger hunks, and have some enhanced deleting.

• diffcvt - supplemental perl script, needed for patch.el. Put this into same directory as hexl, or adjust path within patch.el
